Easterseals Delaware & Maryland’s Eastern Shore recently received a $10,000 grant through The Safeway Foundation to support Supported Employment services for people with intellectual disabilities. Participants, like Renee Seal, pictured on the far left above, are able to find meaningful work making competitive wages with the support of an Easterseals Employment Specialist who serves as a natural support and provides on-the-job training.
